U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provided a 60-day extension as part of their “Agency Information Collection Activities” requesting comments on the CTPAT and Trusted Program.
CBP will be submitting the information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
